Program Description:

The Social Services Assistant students will become proficient in case management. The students learn to help individuals gain access to community services, professional services and rehabiiation programs. The students learn how to coordinate the clients and their family members needs assessments with the health care professionals. The students are instructed in maintaining consistent communications, recording, monitoring and evaluating the clients. The students will become proficient in the development of the clients treatment plans.
