Daren completed our (GMAW) MIG FLUX CORED training in 2014 and was certified in both processes 8-26-17 (please see attachments)Samuel Comstock, Instructor,has 7years experience in the welding industry. Sam completed our (GMAW) MIG FLUX CORED training in 2017and was certified in both processes 8-26-17 (please see attachments)
Program Description:
This course will teach you the basics of Gas Metal Arc Welding, proper safety, blueprint reading, and equipment operations. This course will teach you the basics of Flux Cored Arc Welding, proper safety, and equipment operations.This course is taught in both the classroom environment as well as hands on in our welding shop. The majority of this course will be, hands on, in the shop since you are coming out of our basic program, well prepared. Upon completion of the course, each student will receive a completion certificate and the program also includes AWS certification testing

Includes instruction in arc welding, resistance welding, brazing and soldering, cutting, high-energy beam welding and cutting, solid state welding, ferrous and non-ferrous materials, oxidation-reduction reactions, welding metallurgy, welding processes and heat treating, structural design, safety, and applicable codes and standards.
