BS in Computer Science or related field preferred with 5 years work experience with computers. Licenced teacher preferred with A+ Computer Support Specialist certification or ability to acquire.
Program Description:
In the Computer Support Specialist Course, you will gain foundation-level knowledge and skills necessary for a career in PC support. It is the starting point for a career in information technology. You will gain competence in areas such as installation, preventative maintenance, networking, security, and troubleshooting. Upon successful completion of this program, students will sit for the A+ certification.
