Bachelor degree with a minimum of five years teaching hospitality curriculum along with a minimum of ten years of industry experience.
Program Description:
START (Skills, Tasks, and Results Training) is a training and certification program for entry level positions within the hospitality industry-hotels, casinos, convention centers, and restaurants. Course work covers the basics of 12 different front-line positions such as front desk representitive, reservationist, kitchen steward, and banquet set-up.
