You will learn: Agile Scrum: Apply agile development processes to deliver usable software periodically throughout the life of the project, evolving with new requirements as the project proceeds. Students will also work on a real-world Scrum project live in the classroom. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt: Define, measure, analyze, improve and control project risks. You will also learn how to eliminate project waste and improve project quality. This course will give you a fundamental understanding of how to manage a project with proven concepts, tools, templates, and best practices. Starting from the beginning, you will first learn to properly define a project and then move into understanding the different project methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile and Iterative project management. Designed for both people new to the project management role.
All prospective students are required to have a GED or High School Diploma.
You are required to submit your voucher 1 week prior to the class start date listed on your paperwork.In addition, a registration call must be scheduled and completed 1 week prior to your class start date
Directions Training Center accepts the Indiana WIOA Grant. We will offer a Scholarship off of the total price to match your provided Grant.
