You will learn: PMP or CAPM: Project management body of knowledge. In addition, you will learn how to control risks and manage project deadlines effectively. Business Analyst Boot Camp: Business Analyst Boot Camp solidifies the foundations of business analysis and equips business analysts with the critical thinking, analytical skills, and necessary people skills to attack the problem of project failures by addressing their root causes: incomplete, poorly defined, and/or changing requirements.
All prospective students are required to have a GED or High School Diploma.PMP Prerequisites.Secondary degree (high school diploma, associates degree or the global equivalent).7,500 hours leading and directing projects.35 hours of project management education.OR.Four-year degree.4,500 hours leading and directing projects.35 hours of project management education.CAPM Prerequisites.Secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree or the global equivalent).1,500 hours of project experience.OR.23 hours of project management education completed by the time you sit for your exam.
