Program Description:
The CISSP training and certification will teach experienced or beginner IT security professionals on how to manage new threats, technologies, regulations, standards, and practices. To qualify for the CISSP cybersecurity certification you must have at least five years of paid full-time work experience and show experience in two or more of the eight ISC2 domains. If you do not meet the qualifications, you may earn an Associate CISSP by ISC2. Upon completion of your certification exam, you will receive your CISSP or Associate CISSP certification. The ITIL training covers: IT Service Management, Processes, and Functions, the RACI model, covering the five core disciplines of Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operations, and Continual Service Improvement. These disciplines represent a Service Lifecycle framework that further enhances alignment to the business while demonstrating business value, ROI and enabling IT to solve specific operational and business needs.Scholarships: Directions Training Center will provide a scholarship off the total balance to attempt to match your voucher amount. Scholarship amounts will vary based upon your three-course choices.

11.1003 Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance A program that prepares individuals to assess the security needs of computer and network systems, recommend safeguard solutions, and manage the implementation and maintenance of security devices, systems, and procedures. Includes instruction in computer architecture, programming, and systems analysis; networking; telecommunications; cryptography; security system design; applicable law and regulations; risk assessment and policy analysis; contingency planning; user access issues; investigation techniques; and troubleshooting.
