Please note: This technical certificate can be taken mostly online, with the exception of HOSP 102, Basic Food Theory and Skills (this is a kitchen lab class that requires the purchase of a uniform - around $133 - and a small knife kit - $138) and the externship, HOSP280.

Ivy Tech does not have a deadline for admission. Our 8-week class sessions start throughout the year—in January, March, June, August, and October—and there is no hard deadline for applying for any of the start dates.
