The CDL-A Truck Driver Training program is designed to prepare students for the Indiana CDL examination. Driving time includes 30-46 hours of over-the-road and range instruction, utilizing a one-on-one delivery.
Must be at least 21 years old to drive cargo across state borders (interstate) and at least 18 to enter the training program. Must pass the Indiana Department of Transportation (D.O.T.) Physical and Drug Screen Test. Must already have a current valid motor vehicle operator license or permit (obtained at least three days prior to class) which is not suspended or revoked, along with an acceptable driving record. English proficiency demonstrated through TOEFL exam if applicable.
