A program that prepares individuals to assist customers with inquiries and problems in frontline call centers, help desks, teleservice centers, and online. Includes instruction in user interfaces and user behavior, principles of hardware and software systems operation, customer interaction skills, telephone and e-mailing skills and data entry. The Call Center Excellence course also includes advanced training in higher level computer, internet and application skills which will be validated by the Internet Core and Computing Certification (IC3) upon successful completion. This program is designed to prepare participants for employment with call center or customer service employers
